Had dinner at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar & it was also fantastic.

Started out with a mix of East Coast & West Coast oysters, had a classic Caesar salad, & then I had barrimundi with caponata & fried grits, while my wife had scallops. Finished off with an apple crisp.

For drinks, my wife had an Earl Grey martini, while I enjoyed a spicy paloma & an excellent Sazerac with a legit absinthe rinse. Hit the spot!
