@CollinJHumphrey Fear of quality dropping after you put every thing into building a reputation. Yeah that’s hard one. For me it gets easier the more I do it though. Also my guys continue to surprise me the more I delegate
@bprintco There’s no difference in taking a deposit weeks out or day 1. If the contractor is a bad actor he can leave anytime. The % of deposit is the crucial part. The length of job also matters. A contractor can leave just as easy as a homeowner can bait and switch.
@bprintco There’s a level of trust that has to be built on both sides. A deposit to get on the schedule is completely acceptable. We’ve never had a client push back but we always back it up with paperwork and everything they need to know about our company.

@bprintco We are sticking with local publications for growth, as well local chamber of commerce meet and greets volunteering, etc. And we’re still getting jobs from Facebook without a page because people are recommending us there.
@bprintco They miraculously have back channels to get it reinstated and you pay them. It’s an absolute joke. Then if make a single change to your GBP again you have to go through the same process all over again. I refuse to adopt this as the norm. Same with Facebook.
