@kdm_graphics @HoopMixOnly Good shooters shoot at a “1:00” angle, 1:30-ish if comparing it to the hands on a clock. Laying on your back can help teach keeping the elbow in… but the angle the ball leaves from your torso is way off compared to a normal shot.
