@hertsad The obvious change is to lower the speed limit if it is ‘a dangerous road with 60 mph speed limit and blind curves’. l also wonder about this paved cycle lane that is referred to? Do they mean the off-road path from NomansLand to Heartwood? Otherwise it’s a pedestrian pavement!

📚 Beaumont school #StAlbans update: I’ve been working closely with Lib Dem Cllrs, Beaumont school & DfE to help resolve the 8FE issue, making the agreed temp expansion permanent.

It’s confirmed that the only barrier is HCC financial support. So, I’ve written to ask for it👇
