The Potatoes New Zealand Europe Tour continues with a series of insightful visits to Tolsma, Agrico, NAK and Verbruggen Palletizing Solutions.
From advanced storage and handling technology at Tolsma, to seed potato innovation and variety development at Agrico, the group gained valuable insights into how Dutch growers and industry partners are driving productivity and efficiency.
A visit to NAK highlighted the importance of quality assurance and seed certification systems, while Verbruggen Palletizing Solutions showcased specialised equipment and automation solutions designed to support modern potato production.

The first two days of the Potatoes New Zealand European Tour has provided plenty of opportunities to learn, connect and see innovation in action.
Our group has visited Flikweert, Manter and Wyma, gaining valuable insights into seed potato production, grading, handling technology and post harvest solutions. It has been fascinating to see how businesses across Europe are addressing challenges, improving efficiency and investing in the future of the potato industry.
