@NCT_Buses what’s happened with the 28 bus today around 10:00am was appalling. One bus disappeared, then the next bus was out of service and stood there for about 5mins, then another bus came and we were all told to go to that one, but that wasn’t leaving for another (1)

Communication between the bus drivers and the passengers. 90% of the bus is college kids, and we are going to be late for our lesson thanks to this. The 28 seriously needs sorting out :(
