Today, I met with EU Sanctions Envoy David O’Sullivan to discuss strengthening sanctions against Russia. We shared with our partners a comprehensive list of Western-made components identified in the Russian missiles used in the latest wave of mass attacks against Ukraine.

Our goal is to systematically reduce the financial resources Russia uses to sustain its war.
