I had the same experience with amazon. I received a totally different and worthless product instead of ayurvedic meds that I ordered for my father.
But I had the video proof with me so I submitted it to the amazon customer support but their support team started behaving rudely and justifying that we have done our verification and the right product has been dispatched from the seller side.
They said do whatever you want to do we can do nothing even with the video proof.
