@WilliamHill Nope! I tried that on Thursday and I was told that as it was an in-shop bet I need to go through the customer service email… which I’ve been doing since Tuesday. I just need you to get a manager to respond to my emails. Surely that’s not too difficult is it?

@WilliamHill @WilliamHill for your information I called the number that the chat message says will be able to help me & they weren’t able to at all. I was unable to speak to a manager & I was told to email the address that I’ve been emailing since Tuesday & being ignored on since Thursday.

@WilliamHill can you please explain how a shop manager and three customer service staff are insisting that penalty tries don’t count towards total try market bets when your rules state the opposite. £500 winnings that your staff are insisting is a losing bet.
