Dear @Ticketmaster_AU please go back to having a dedicated telephone helpline. Have always found this much faster & better way to get help than email On a related note thanks for cancelling both my tickets to something for Kate tonight instead of refunding 1 so that I can miss it

@marcusdsfacts @TransLinkSEQ Was also told by call centre staff to keep calling for updates after informing him that I have no power in my house and therefore no internet. Sure calling up and being put on hold for 5+ minutes multiple times a day is a viable option when you have no power to charge your phone

@TransLinkSEQ passengers stuck at a faulty level crossing signal on Randle Rd eagle farm for half an hour after driver takes a wrong turn. Driver has not updated or spoken passengers about the situation while we sit here waiting
