Service shocking of late. Sending emails since September. My accountant(s) seem to be getting recycled continually, never available or on annual leave. Phone rings unanswered. At least sales chat responded, although cannot help at all!High fees terrible service

Please can you deal with my request to cancel. I am having to repeat myself over and over again. I've been with you for over 3 years, paid over £1,500. At least have the decency to treat me with fairness and respect.

@VerisureUK Be very careful as customer service at Versiure is below par. Having agreed a reduced monthly fee they continue to overcharge, I find this dishonest. I have requested cancellation of my services and still waiting for an engineer to come and and collect equipment.

What is the update on the delivery. UPS said to contact seller/banggood. Been no progress since 15 August. Cannot submit email on contact page as error saying submit failed, please try later. Have been trying for several days. Very frustrated

Be very careful using Axa ppp. Have to jump through hoops to prove an obvious health condition. They will do everything in their power not to provide treatment even when receiving relevant information from a GP referral.

@Argos_Online Terrible customer service. Apparently an order I placed was delivered for and signed for at my address. The whole family were out (I have security logs to prove this). Argos say I have to dispute this with my bank. Happy to take the money. Refuse to help.
