⚡️A Muslim girl is forcefully converted into Hindu at a knifepoint in Uttar Pradesh.

What the girl said:
The man falsely claimed his name as Nehal Khan. He brought the girl to Bareilly in order to marry her. He held the girl at knifepoint and forcefully converted her to Hinduism.

The news circulated showing a mark of victory on certain handles. However, the true incident came to the limelight recently.

As usual, X handle of Bareilly Police has replied to few handles "Necessary legal action will be taken after investigation into the matter in question."

Uttar Pradesh's CM, Yogi Adityanath has been focusing on anti-conversion laws. He had always focused on marriage as a tool to promote forceful conversions.

While in many speeches he might have targeted "Love-Jihad" but a case like this highlights a serious issue in the society as well.

Just recently UP govt proposes strengthening anti-conversion law in the state assembly session.

The amendment was introduced by BJP govt in Uttar Pradesh which aimed at protecting especially minorities.

One critical point in the bill was that if the accused causes any person to “fear of his life or property, assaults oruses force, promises or instigates marriage, conspires or induced any minor,woman or person to traffics or otherwise sells them”, they shall be punished with aminimum 20 years imprisonment which can be extended to life imprisonment

So what action will Yogi government take on the culprits in this situation?
