I’ve already legally made her my power of attorney, but this was post the incident so they’ve declared it irrelevant. I’ve also called the bank together with her and to no avail. Is there some solution you could offer that we haven’t considered???

A few months ago her funds were being held and they offered one solution, that she and I enter a branch together and verify my identity. At this point I am locked down in Vietnam....
