It is safer to be as far away from thos people as possible because they are the ones that cause accidents. If something end up in the street they freak out, fail to react, or don't react properly. They need to be forced by a higher (and enforced speed, not a speed limit, which caps, rather than forces a set speed) they will adjust, and learn to react faster. Their brain is more capable of adapting than they think it is. Especially when it comes to movement.

I've had to go underneath engines suspended by chains and risk getting my hands permanently drestoryed to grt paid. I'm not a bad person for driving at a speed at which my vehicle is perfectly capable at stopping very quickly. Modern vehicles have great stopping times and the speed limit wasnt designed decades and decades ago. It needs to change. You wont see me speeding anymore if the ly raise that 35 to a 45 because that is a speed that makes sense.
