It's the last week of the academic year and inevitably we say goodbye to some of our staff.
On Friday, Miss Lewis-Lavender will take off her apron for the last time as Priory's Food Tech teacher retires after 39 years.

There was lots of activity at Priory last night as we welcomed our new pupils.
Today they return for a sampling day, experiencing lessons in English, Maths and Science. Children will head home at 3pm.
There will surely be some exhausted young people by the end of the day!

It was a hat-trick of victories last night as our Yr 9, 10 & 11s won the South Ribble Cup Final for their year group.
Thank you to all that came to watch; it made a fantastic atmosphere.

Teams worked on an emergency communications challenge & competed to design/create a solution to a real-life engineering problem.
The activity was adapted from a Yr 8 lesson so they did remarkably well!

We took part in the @Tomorrows_Eng@STEMFirst Robotics Challenge yesterday ...and won!
Teacher Mr Sneddon said: “I am proud of all 3 of them. They developed skills in public speaking, presenting & problem solving & came away with 2 trophies.”
