@martin_faessen Feel like most people's pull up numbers are juiced vs combine because they cheat. Just anecdotally from what I see in an average gym (myself included tbh). Which is fine I think, it's just that doing it from a dead stop with arms fully extended is harder than what most people do

@elvenfay @RussNRoses Specifically meat is a personal devotion, but doing some kind of penance is required (for Americans). No meat is supposed to be normative, but can be substituted. If one never did Friday penance it would surely be sinful, but when it hits that point isn't well-defined.

@RussNRoses It sucks a little bit, thats what makes it a good penance. Order fish or a vegan dish. A little inconvenient but not a social life dealbreaker. Some people interpret it as midnight to midnight which adds flexibility. I do not personally, but it's not necessarily wrong.
