Let’s talk about the brazilian elections? 🇧🇷

This sunday millions of brazilians across the globe will go out and choose the president who will stay in Palácio do Planalto for the next 4 years.

In one hand, we have the current Workers Party president Luis Inácio Lula da Silva, running for his last term; in the other hand, the Liberal Party son of the former president Jair Bolsonaro (currently in jail for trying a coup d’état), Flávio.

Lula has taken millions out of poverty and restored Brazil on the path to development, with respect for our democracy, the Amazon and the most vulnerable.

Bolsonaro has a track record of corruption scandals, money evasion and even defending the killer of a 5 year old girl.

If Lula wins, the world wins. He is one of the last latin american leaders stopping Trump from taking total control of the Americas. He will keep Brazil a free, democratic country that helps to fight climate change and save the Amazon.

If Bolsonaro wins, we brazilians will face many years of persecution, a possible military coup and overall worst conditions of life because of failed neoliberal economics.
