NEW LAWSUIT JUST DROPPED 😳

A new civil complaint in the US is accusing Binance founder Changpeng Zhao of helping enable payments linked to the October 7 Hamas attack.

Key facts:
- Filed by families of attack victims
- Says Binance weak controls under CZ allowed illicit funds
- This is civil, not criminal. His presidential pardon does not protect him here
- Follows Binance guilty plea for USD 4.3 billion in 2023 for AML failures
- Binance was previously linked to funds tied to Iran, ISIS and Hamas
- CZ already served four months in prison for earlier violations

Why this matters:
CZ is not facing new criminal charges, but the reputational damage & financial risk are huge.
This lawsuit adds to ongoing global pressure on Binance & on CZ leadership.
