@VirginAtlantic Thanks for that but we can’t physically file it in the airport as we connectedness in Manchester & are now in Ireland with no Virgin Atlantic desk or representative here so cannot go to the airport to file a report, is there any other way please ?

@AerLingus @VirginAtlantic seems to be a regular occurrence with Aer Lingus as so many people were waiting to complain??!! What’s the point in providing tracking for baggage when there’s no info available?
