Vseobecne pri dlhodobom drzani asi ano, tesne po vstupe moc nie. Obrazok ukazuje 10 najvacsich vstupov na burzu od roku 1999. Za prvy rok v priemere akcie spadli o 26,8 % a zaujimave je, ze vsetky do jednej boli v minuse. Je to logicke, IPO sa robia vtedy, ked je na trhu dobra nalada a ked je to vyhodne pre majitelov ktori chcu takto ziskat co najviac penazi. Historia tiez ukazuje, ze po velkych IPO dosahuje horsiu vykonnost aj samotny trh, kedze sa casto robia na vrchole a zaroven odcerpavaju peniaze z inych akcii, co moze vytvorit tlak na pokles trhu. V dohladnej dobe sa ocakava rekordne velka snura vstupov na burzu v hodnote taker 4 bilionov USD (SpaceX, Anthropic a OpenAI), co je vyssia hodnota ako hodnota 2600 IPO pocas Dotcom bubliny. Uvidime aka bude realita, tlak na nasledny pokles trhu ale moze byt o to vacsi.

Propouštění v IT sektoru je teprve na začátku. Nic takového jsme v novodobé historii nezažili. V rámci recesí šlo vždy o dočasný problém, teď jde o dlouhodobou strukturální změnu, která bude akcelerovat.

AI ageni jsou v plenkách a většina firem je zatím neumí používat. To se rychle mění a brzy o práci nebudou přicházet jen ajťáci, ale čím dál více kancelářských profesí. S nástupem humanoidních robotů i profese mimo kanceláře.

🟢Krátkodobě to je bullish, protože nezaměstnanost roste z nízké základny. Při spuštění ChatGPT jsme byli kolem 3,5%, nyní jsme kolem 4,5% což jsou stále historicky relativně nízké úrovně, kdy není důvod k obavám (zatím). Propouštění přinese větší efektivitu, vyšší marže a zisky firem.

Jenže mzda zaměstnance (kterou firma ušetří) je zároveň tržba jiné firmy (kde zaměstnanec utrácí).

🔴Může to dopadnout hodně špatně. Problém je, že to celé může akcelerovat exponenciálně a svět se nestihne přizpůsobit. Nezaměstnanost → nižší tržby firem → nižší mzdy → nesplacené úvěry → recese.

🔴Nemovitostní krize dává perfektní smysl, vzhledem k aktuální mánii na tomto trhu. Obecně se vžilo, že nemovitosti nemohou výrazně padat, což je úplná blbost. Je to trh jako každý jiný a je tam spousta páky. To funguje pouze za předpokladu, že ekonomika šlape.

Problémy jsou již dnes v realitních nemovitostech a private credit. Rezidenční nemovitosti jsou zatím OK, protože lidé mají pořád práci. Mladí lidé s dobře placenou prací si nabrali hypotéky na historicky nadhodnocené nemovitosti. Když začnou masově přicházet o práci, může to způsobit kolaps na nemovitostním trhu a finanční krizi.

- Currencies devaluation
- Classic speculation

Gold, Silver, Sugar, Coffee, Rice, Weath, Palladium, Crude Oil, Natural Gas, Corn..I could go on for a long time.

Each commodity can perform in an uncorrelated manner compared to another:

🔸Geopolitical frictions -> less crude oil production -> global demand surging -> price rising

🔸Positive environmental conditions -> consistent Soy production -> supply surplus -> price declining

They can provide an asymmetrical edge.

There is a wide selection of commodities ETF but the ones I mainly watch are 3:

🔸Invesco DBA (Agriculture)
🔸Invesco DBB (Metals)
🔸Goldman Sachs GSCI

The last one in particular contains 24 commodities from all commodity sectors: 6 energy products, 5 industrial metals, 8 agricultural products, 3 livestock products and 2 precious metals.

The likelihood for the crypto market is that it will see 2024/25 as massive bullish years before the next bear market.

Therefore, from 2026, it will be very sage to start looking/accumulating commodities/cash.

Another interesting hint is given by the George Tritch's Periods When To Make Money chart.

Its accuracy over time has been very on point, and it shows that 2026 should be a period in which start selling all assets and capitalize on them.

2032 instead, should be a period characterized by hard times and very cheap prices, presenting massive investing opportunities.

I pointed out 2026 as period to start looking/accumulating commodities becasue I honestly don't expect them to tank for 6 years as they're influenced by a wide range of factors.

If you believe that the future will continue to remain uncertain, I think it's smart to consider adding commodities to your portfolio, in the future.

The upcoming bullrun will stop at some point, and the next bear market could also be longer than the previous ones (regulations might affect it) so, before seeing it rise again (no doubts in the long term), making a proper diversification should be the right thing to do.

We're investors, and as such, we should be able to change our colors like a Chameleon in order to survive and thrive.
