hello, gfx designer here! from a design perspective, i do not see this as copying or plagiarism. floral themes, soft aesthetics, and similar concepts like these are widely used and cannot be exclusively claimed by one creator alone.

the flowers, color palette, and overall execution are different. the font pairing being referenced is also one of the most common combinations used on canva and other design platforms.

sharing a similar concept does not automatically mean a design was copied. what matters is the actual execution, and in this case, the similarities appear too broad to be considered plagiarism.

your frustration is understandable because, from your perspective, the other design may feel similar to your work. however, feeling that a design resembles yours is different from proving that it was copied. based on the designs presented, i do not see enough similarities to conclude that plagiarism has occurred.
