For example, a story set in a future where culture and technology hasn't changed from its 90's aesthetic.

I was born in 1998, and I remember video still being the popular medium until at least 2003-2004.

@vylaluv Rosario Vampire, they butchered the anime adaption with the 2 seasons,(although they both have great OP) the manga is so much better and isn't just about "oh no! Tits!"
