But if we then see any money we pay to get whatever level of access we get redistributed to regions, I'm ok with that. Debate not drama is being sought

@Kilted_Sailor @HCH_Hill Maybe. But isn't it worth the debate. Euro and Schengen won't fly anyway, so it will won't be full membership. But if we get any money we still have pay, back to projects UK gov has no interest in, I'm ok with that. We are still spending EU money right now in Cornwall btw.
