“The community supports Pitt County Schools and when people move here, they're choosing to send their children to public schools here in Pitt County because we're doing a great job, and it's because we are so interconnected,” said Dr. Steve Lassiter, the interim superintendent of @PCS_NC. https://t.co/A9LuLlarHu
Parent engagement is a crucial key to the success of both schools and students. We need parents who actively participate in the work. A big thank you to these fine @PCS_NC parents who joined our podcast to discuss staffing, supporting students, and the future of PCS! #webelieve

🎓📚 Touchdown in the classroom! Our partnership with Parents for Public Schools of Pitt Co. (@PPSPittCo) is scoring BIG this week with 16 more connections. 👏That’s 55 Team Boneyard @ECUAthletics athletes having invested 55+ hrs in local Pitt Co. elementary schools so far this year. 🏈🏫
One Principals highlight: - "It is great to have the athletes visit and interact with our students. Our students have enjoyed their presence. It is important for the students at Pactolus to be exposed to college students early on so they can see what is possible for them. This is what community is all about. It takes a village to impact the next generation. ." 🌟
Donations to #TeamBoneyard don't just fuel NIL opportunities—they're shaping futures & strengthening community bonds. 🤝
Swipe to see the smiles & high fives! ➡️ Your support is changing the game! 🤗 🏴☠️ #TeamBoneyardCommunityImpact #PPSPittCo #MoreThanNIL
