#lingayats clearly did a make or break for BJP in Karnataka. The community which helped BJP hold ground in the state since 2008 have lately been unhappy with the party due to ill treatement of BS Yediyuruppa. In fact, senior lingayat leaders were also denied tickets by the #BJP
