I’ve always felt drawn to a slower, more intentional way of living.
Ayurveda showed me that balance isn’t complicated — it’s daily.
This page is where I’ll share peaceful routines, ancient habits & simple healing 🌿
If that calls to you, welcome.
One small lifestyle shift that changed my mood:
I stopped eating while standing, walking, or scrolling.
Now I sit. I breathe. I taste.
Meals became a pause — not a background task.
I didn’t need a new diet.
I needed new presence.
Sometimes rest feels uncomfortable.
Not because you're lazy.
But because you're used to running — mentally, emotionally, constantly.
Learning to rest is like learning a new language.
It takes time.
But it’s worth it.
Do you ever feel like you're rushing through everything —
meals, messages, mornings?
I lived like that for years.
Until I asked:
What if nothing is actually urgent right now?
The world didn’t fall apart.
I just stopped running from silence.
I used to drink coffee before I even drank water.
My body felt anxious, dry, restless.
Switching to warm water first thing made a bigger difference than I expected.
The smallest habits are often the most healing.
If your mornings feel chaotic, it’s not your fault.
You were never taught how to start slow.
I stopped checking my phone for the first 30 minutes after waking.
I thought I’d feel disconnected.
I actually felt… human.
I’ll share more small shifts that helped — soon
Nationwide protest for justice of the female resident doctor has started
@FordaIndia announced halting of elective Hospital services of govt hospitals
For those who are working in private hospitals/nursing homes or personal clinic ensure wearing black band in arm while treating patients and raise the issue at your personal level as much as possible
Those behind this brutal incident shouldn’t be spared at any cost and security of doctors shouldn’t be considered a joke to the government .
Together we stand , divided they will break us !
