Providing ambiguous gender presentation resources & information, devoted to the practicalities of ambiguous gender presentation within a binary gendered society
The ninth annual international Gender Census 2022 is now open until 13th August 2022!

It's for anyone whose gender (or lack thereof) isn't described by the M/F binary. It's short and easy, and results are useful in academia, business and self-advocacy.
Huh, I was going to the source for how the 'E' in the Spivak pronoun set has to be capitalised like 'I', so it's E/eir/em/emself...
I'm surprised to discover that The Joy of TeX in fact has all the initial Es in the pronouns capitalised, so Spivak's true set is E/Eir/Em/Emself!
…Spivak's pronoun set is so firmly paired with singular grammar like 'E is', rather than 'they are', that it's even done while revealing that the author is in fact a group of people writing under one name.

I've gotten a few questions about it, so I'd like to do a thread: what does it mean when someone describes themselves with a pronoun mix, like she/they?
(Spoiler: this touches on a lot more than just pronouns!)
I have mentioned this before but when I was 15 in 1995 there were nonbinary people on prime time BBC 2 and we were in the middle of a glam rock revival with androgynous people all over the media https://t.co/nvlgKbLHTb (NB this 1995 article uses misgendering pronouns)

Have you taken part yet? Can you share the survey URL with someone else? ✨
This also hopefully means that things like swimmer, cyclist and facepalming etc etc that are only available on emoji keyboards in gendered versions will now be included in gender inclusive versions.
Because currently I have to google their names so I can copy-paste them in 🙄
Article from @Emojipedia explaining the new 2019 emojis, with examples for how Person should be represented with a distinct design from the existing Man and Woman emojis.
At present Apple shows no-gender-specified emojis as men, Google shows them as women https://t.co/59zq5fyNHS
Unicode has approved the 'gender inclusive person' emoji family, we have designs for how they'll be separate from man and woman versions.
So by the end of the year we should be able to choose gender neutral options for several emojis and not have them show up gendered elsewhere.
Your unscheduled reminder that 'empirically proven cognitive sex differences' previously assumed to be caused by testosterone can be cancelled out just by asking women to *imagine* they're stereotypical men when taking the test https://t.co/7sGL3VR7PR
Do you know of any non-binary person who happens to do voice acting? 🎙️
Based in the UK, France or Germany? 🇬🇧 🇫🇷 🇩🇪
And whose voice ranges from early 30s to middle aged adult? 🗣️
If so, send them in our DMs!
Here’s a survey about titles that should only take 3 minutes or so, for literally anyone who speaks English:

It’ll end at noon UK time on Sunday 13th January 2019 at the soonest.
Every survey response, RT and boost is really helpful! Thank you. :)
Due to high volume of responses the #GRAReform consultation deadline has been extended. So you have until midday on Monday to #ComeOutforTransEquality - see https://t.co/dOBzp6fcgU for details on how to take part.
