तो सवाल है कि अगर घायल की हालत इतनी गंभीर थी और 7 टांके लगे थे, तो पुलिस की MLC में चोटें सामान्य कैसे बताई गईं? अगर धारा 307 का मामला बनता था, तो आरोपी जेल क्यों नहीं गया?

“कपिल मिश्रा के फोन के बाद छोड़ने का दावा सच है या झूठ? क्या पुलिस इसकी निष्पक्ष जांच करेगी? जब राजनीतिक संरक्षण का इतना स्पष्ट दावा साम��े आ रहा है, तो पुलिस यह क्यों नहीं स्पष्ट कर रही कि इस मामले में किसी अनुचित प्रभाव या हस्तक्षेप की कोई भूमिका थी या नहीं?”

आखिर पुलिस के रिकॉर्ड और आरोपी स्वतंत्र भारद्वाज के बयान में इतना बड़ा अंतर क्यों है? हमें इस पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच और अपने पीड़ित परिवार को न्याय दिला कर रहेंगे। जय भीम, जय भारत।।
