In a first, Judge Rajani Ranga of Rohini Court pens a special message to the child survivor while convicting the perpetrator:
“Beta when u said ‘jab tak uncle buddhe na ho jaaye, tab tak unhe jail mein hi rakha jaye’. This Court listened. And this Court has answered your plea.
Today this a court has ordered that the man you called ‘uncle’ will never walk free again. He will live in a cage for the rest of his life. He will grow old in that cage. He will die in that cage. He will never be able to hurt you , or your little sister or any other child ever again.
You are the bravest little girl this Court has ever seen. You came to Court, you pointed at the man who hurt you and you told the truth. The man you called ‘uncle’ did a very bad thing to you. But you did not stay quiet. You told your mother. And because you had the courage to speak, he will never be able to hurt another child again.
This Court cannot give you back your childhood. But the Court can promise you that your words have been heard.
Now beta, live your life. Go to school. Make friends. Laugh. Play. Dream. This Court will always remember your Courage.”

नगर निगम गुरुग्राम ने सिविल लाइंस क्षेत्र में कार्रवाई करते हुए 3 चालान जारी कर ₹11,000 का जुर्माना लगाया।
₹10,000 का चालान — सार्वजनिक स्थान पर कूड़ा फैलाने पर।
₹500-₹500 के चालान — परिसर में डस्टबिन नहीं रखने पर।
जीरो टॉलरेंस नीति लागू
कूड़ा फैलाने और स्वच्छता नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वालों के विरुद्ध सख्त कार्रवाई लगातार जारी रहेगी।
स्वच्छ गुरुग्राम के लिए नियमों का पालन करें, डस्टबिन रखें और कचरा केवल निर्धारित स्थान पर ही डालें।

🚫💧 अवैध बोरवेल पर एमसीजी और प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड की बड़ी कार्रवाई
भूजल के अवैध दोहन के खिलाफ सख्त कदम उठाते हुए नगर निगम गुरुग्राम और हरियाणा राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड की संयुक्त टीम ने ओल्ड दिल्ली रोड स्थित शिव आश्रम परिसर में संचालित अवैध बोरवेल को बंद कराया।
अतिरिक्त निगमायुक्त यश जालुका के नेतृत्व में हुई कार्रवाई के दौरान बिना अनुमति भूजल निकासी की पुष्टि होने पर मौके पर ही बोरवेल सील किया गया तथा मामले की रिपोर्ट जल संसाधन विभाग को भेजी गई।

सफाई मित्रों की सुरक्षा सर्वोपरि एमसीजी का विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम
नगर निगम गुरुग्राम द्वारा सीवर एवं नालों की सफाई के दौरान कार्य करने वाले सफाई मित्रों की सुरक्षा, गरिमा और सम्मान सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। यह प्रशिक्षण PEMSRA Act 2013, नमस्ते योजना और सफाई मित्र सुरक्षा चैलेंज के तहत आयोजित हुआ।
हैंड्स-ऑन सेफ्टी ट्रेनिंग
अधिकृत सुरक्षा विशेषज्ञ द्वारा गैस डिटेक्टर, सेफ्टी हार्नेस, ऑक्सीजन सपोर्ट, हेलमेट, दस्ताने सहित सभी सुरक्षा उपकरणों के सही उपयोग का प्रायोगिक प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।
SOP का सख्ती से पालन होगा अनिवार्य
मुख्य अभियंता विजय ढाका ने स्पष्ट किया कि सीवर सफाई के दौरान सभी सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन अनिवार्य है। सभी सफाई मित्रों को चरणबद्ध तरीके से प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा।
मैन्युअल स्कैवेंजिंग पूरी तरह प्रतिबंधित
निगमायुक्त प्रदीप दहिया के निर्देशानुसार बिना सुरक्षा उपकरण सीवर में प्रवेश पूर्णत: प्रतिबंधित है। केवल प्रशिक्षित कर्मियों को ही आपात स्थिति में निर्धारित SOP के तहत अनुमति होगी।
सफाई मित्रों ने सराहा कदम
सफाई मित्र प्रतिनिधि राकेश वाल्मीकि ने इस पहल को कर्मचारियों की सुरक्षा की दिशा में बड़ा कदम बताया।
यह पहल कानून के पालन के साथ-साथ सफाई मित्रों के जीवन की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक मजबूत प्रयास है।

🧹 स्वच्छ गुरुग्राम की दिशा में एक और सशक्त कदम
नगर निगम गुरुग्राम द्वारा सहायक सेनेटरी निरीक्षकों (ASI) की कार्यकुशलता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से हरियाणा लोक प्रशासन संस्थान (HIPA) में एक दिवसीय क्षमता विकास प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।
यह कार्यक्रम साहस एनजीओ के अलग करो प्रोग्राम के तहत संपन्न हुआ।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्य अतिथि श्रीमती राज रानी मल्होत्रा, निगमायुक्त श्री प्रदीप दहिया, अतिरिक्त निगमायुक्त श्रीमती अंकिता चौधरी, श्री यश जालुका व श्री रविन्द्र यादव, संयुक्त आयुक्त डॉ नरेश कुमार, रविन्द्र यादव, डॉ जयवीर यादव व डॉ प्रीतपाल सिंह ने स्वच्छता सेवाओं को मजबूत करने में ASI की अहम भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला।
प्रशिक्षण सत्रों में ठोस कचरा प्रबंधन नियम, डोर-टू-डोर कलेक्शन, स्रोत पर कचरा पृथक्करण, MRF, रूट प्लानिंग, डिजिटल टूल्स, शिकायत निवारण, स्वच्छ सर्वेक्षण, मानसून प्रबंधन एवं फील्ड चुनौतियों जैसे विषयों पर विशेषज्ञों द्वारा विस्तृत मार्गदर्शन दिया गया।
ऐसे प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों से फील्ड स्तर पर बेहतर निर्णय, प्रभावी समन्वय और स्वच्छ, स्वस्थ व व्यवस्थित गुरुग्राम के लक्ष्य को नई गति मिलेगी।
