A few years ago, Caroline’s life changed forever when she woke up with a blocked ear, tinnitus, and vertigo.
She was left disheartened and angry after a misdiagnosis caused her to miss the window for potential treatment when she suddenly lost her hearing.
We don't know what happened because this video doesn't have subtitles. Neither do the 18 million people in the UK who are deaf or have hearing loss.
