@Kyaree_VT I may be too late, but are you able to navigate to the corrupted user profile in explorer and copy the files to an external drive?

Would be C:\Users\Username

Can't see what you're seeing so specific troubleshooting is difficult.

Not sure what application(s) you were using for these files, nor your old+new config. Was the OS on the old config on the same drive that these files were stored on? Win10->Win11? Do you still have the original drive?
