@airindia all passengers of AI173 have been delayed multiple times without any clarity in the reason of delay. We were guaranteed that the aircraft would take off by 1pm. People have been waiting at the airport for 15 hours @DGCAIndia we at least deserve clarity from the airline.

@airindia The delay was because the incoming aircraft did not take off. There was no way the flight could have taken off at the scheduled time 10:25 am IST or the later provided time - 1 pm IST. Air India would have known of this but failed to inform the passengers on time.

@airindia We have been talking to Mr. Majid Shah at the gate. We haven’t been given any required support. Air India seems to be unwilling to talk to partners as well. People haven’t slept in 24 hours. The least Air India can do is give passengers a lounge or rest area access.
