Revisited our Product Research lessons today — interviews, feedback, all of it.
Biggest reminder: never make research questions personal.
The moment users feel judged, they stop giving honest answers. Neutral questions = real feedback.

Learnt about Jakob Nielsen's 10 Usability Heuristics today.

Then I thought about Jumia.

Been using it for years. Never struggled. Always trusted it.

That's not a coincidence — that's intentional design doing its job silently. 🔥

Yesterday we studied User Experience. Afterwards I went back and looked at what Facebook used to look like.
The glow up is real — and behind it is years of designers asking: is it useful? Usable? Accessible? Desirable?
UX is everywhere once you start seeing it.

Biggest lesson? You don't prototype to impress. You prototype to learn. And you don't test to prove you're right. You test to find what's wrong. 💡

Because handing an idea straight to a developer and saying "just build it" is how you waste time, money, and energy.
