Raised display complaint on June 21 and then I have Paid 1500 for CMP on my Motorola Edge 50 on June 29. No pickup, claim cancelled silently. Its been 40+ days. I'm forced to repair it myself. I need a refund.

@flipkartsupport Via DM? Even after several calls and eMails with your support team, there has been zero action. The only reply I keep getting always is "please wait for 48 hours" and it is has been over 50 days now. This is unacceptable.
@Flipkart@flipkartsupport@motorolaindia After 33 hours, I got the reply, and the same issue continues. To make it worse, my name is incorrectly mentioned every time as "Ganji". This shows the level of seriousness and professionalism with which my issue has been handled.
@Flipkart@flipkartsupport Always support says I have missed/rejected the call when the courier partner calls. I have shared my call logs, and it clearly proven that no such call was ever received.

I am facing a huge network problem for the past 3 year's, every time I called to customer care just they have one answer - Your problem will be resolved in 48 hours
