Despite being an Amazon Prime customer, I received an incomplete Karcher WD3 vacuum cleaner with missing accessories (Order #408-5390158-8346769). Instead of replacing the defective order, Amazon refused and only offered a refund.

A refund is not an acceptable resolution, as I would now have to repurchase the same product at a much higher price because the sale has ended.
