@IndiGo6E 77 days delay. Multiple promised timelines. Compensation still pending. You already have all required info (PNR etc), follow-ups, and 10 escalation references & yet there is no action. “Under process” is not an appropriate response anymore

@KothariSudhir@IndiGo6E 83+ days since... No resolution, no credit, no timeline. Only repeated generic emails saying “escalated” & “in process” + unfair “resolved” markings on AirSewa. No action, just delays and copy-paste replies. Where is the customer service and accountability to standards

@IndiGo6E Hey @IndiGo6E, remember me? 70 days later and still "processing"? You've breached 4 of your own compensation deadlines since Feb. From 15 days to now total radio silence. Let others see how you treat your customer. #Indigo#Airseva#compensation
@IndiGo6E 63+ days for a compensation refund. Contract customer care keeps sending scripted replies, while internal teams stay invisible and inactive 😴. I shouldn’t chase endlessly because your executives are asleep. Delay compensation is required for this with interest. #Indigo
@IndiGo6E Pls check DM. If you’re contract SM support, I understand you’ll check and I do feel for you. But the reality is someone within the IndiGo team has been sitting on this for a long time. Unfortunately customer service ends up taking the heat for lazy internal decision-makers.
