@SkyHelpTeam That is exactly the reason I’m #disappointed with #skybroadband because my services have been disrupted multiple times and the turnaround time to repair is one week. But in that one week, we get less or almost no broadband service. We need to move schedules for this.

Really upset with the way Sky Broadband has treated our WiFi connection. The WiFi stops working almost every alternate week and then we enter the same loop of waiting for a week for repairs only to learn it’ll stop working again ! Very disappointed @SkyHelpTeam #skybroadband

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for your response. It’s not working and requires an engineer to fix. Yesterday I reached out to Sky and have booked an engineer to replace the router but the earliest appointment is on Friday 24th. Can I please have it earlier? It’s affecting the work schedule

@VirginAtlantic Thank you Team. My wife is travelling to London by Virgin Atlantic on 22nd Nov and boarding a flight from India at 4 am IST which arrives at 8:30 am GMT. She is vaccinated using Covaxin (which is approved from 4 am onwards on 22nd Nov). Will she be considered vaccinated?
