Our civil services are the skeletal system of this nation. They are the essential structure that holds Bharat together, ensuring stability and resilience. It is essential that the men and women who serve the nation in these services must be equipped with Yogic tools to bring balance and harmony to their body, mind, emotion and energy.

When you are initiated, no death rituals are needed for you. Finish your process while alive, Sadhguru says, so you do not burden me when you are dead.
Day 77 of 112 #DeathBook
Sadhguru on completing your own process - Chapter 8 of Death: An Inside Story:
There is a striking passage where Sadhguru speaks directly to those he has initiated, almost as a parent would.
He tells them: there is no need for you to go through any death rituals. But what if you were a missed case, someone who went through the initiation but somehow missed it?
So he makes a request, with a kind of stern affection.
Finish your process while you are alive, when life is still alive and kicking in you, so that you do not burden me when you are dead. He says: I am willing to attend to you when you are alive. If you are incompetent, I am also willing to attend to you after you are dead. But why not make yourself competent enough that here and hereafter, you will be fine?
You should live, he says, in such a way that there is no need for any after-death ritual for you at all.
Then, almost playfully but seriously: you should promise me you will not trouble me even after you are dead.
Underneath this is the relationship between a Guru and a seeker, which mirrors the deepest dimension of the parent and child bond. The responsibility does not end at death. The connection, the Runanubandha, continues. A true Guru remains willing to attend to a being even after it has left the body.
But the entire thrust of his message is the opposite of dependence. Do not lean on me to clean up after you. Do the work now. Become so complete in this life that nothing is left dangling for anyone to resolve later.
This is the highest form of care a parent figure can offer.
Not to carry you forever.
But to make you so capable that you never need to be carried at all.
Hereafter, he says, things should simply happen the way they need to happen for you.
That is the freedom he wants for everyone he has touched.
