Their customer service is outright horrible.
They claim to be redefining recognition.
Their reward platform provides gift cards that doesn’t work at all.
I purchased gift cards, pay taxes on it and then guess what the gift cards just don’t work !

I have been waiting for months trying to claim my rewards/gift cards through the platform and there has been no response whatsoever. The gift cards that I purchased through this platform the codes are not working. I have tried to reach out to the support team via email well within the SLA and I have gotten no response.
I also reached out to the platform through my company’s benefits provider/human resources team and they too have not been able to get a response.
It’s my hard earned money that I used for buying these gift cards and I also paid taxes on the purchase of these gift cards.
This was for $1000 worth of gift cards
These were gift cards that clearly indicate that there is no expiration.
It’s been 5 months now and i am still following up.

Here I am waiting for months for getting my global entry renewal application status. The same thing happened 5 years ago when I first applied for GE and had to wait 8 months. #shame

I ask Passport they ask me to contact CGI Houston and CGI Houston washed off their hands and now says my application is in India.
