WP 24646/2023 is subjudice in Kar HC. An order was passed in 2023 directing both parties not to precipitate matter. Furthur, we pay maintenance each month to hc as per order from Apr 2024. But still, we get regular threats and arm twistings. Plz intervene @CPBlr @CMofKarnataka

@INCKarnataka @narendramodi Sir, Karnataka UDS Scam is 100 times bigger than this. Sub Registrar doesnot create charges when flat gets registered, BBMP doesn't enter flat owners name in land khata. Land khata continue to be in the name of land owner, glat owners continue to live on land belongs to someone!!

UDS or UDI, Nothing gets Transferred in Land Records just mere registration of Sale deed in Sub Registrar office. Home Buyers needs to wake up from sleep to protect Land Rights as per section 17 of RERA. Land to be Transferred to Association of Allottees as per section 17
