@kis_lorand The squamous mucosa - it’s mysterious and enigmatic and eccentric.
Same gestalt rules do not apply to different sites and even in same site kappa of reproducibility is at best average.

I guess IHC stains CD34 and CD138 can be similarly counted in bone marrow biopsy for blasts and plasma cell enumeration
Pathologists! Check out this needle biopsy from a retroperitoneal lymph node in an older adult with abdominal pain. The lesion is negative for CD20 and CD3, and positive for MUM1, with high Ki67. What is your diagnosis?#Hemepath.

@MBDFlanaganMD The few medical students who do get into pathology are COMMITTED. They know early on that they are doing ONLY pathology.
In a way, they conform to certain unique characteristics thereby reducing diversity in the trainees.
