I’m realizing something about SaaS:
You don’t need to be everywhere.
You need to be where your customers already are.

Instead of blindly posting everywhere, I’m going to study my competitors, find where their users come from, and start talking to those people.

I’m building an AI SaaS that audits websites automatically.

Today I tested it on my own site.

Result: 93/100

Then I discovered my AI auditor had bugs:

12/0 checks
NaN seconds
So now I’m building the auditor… while the auditor audits itself.

Build → Break → Fix → Ship.

You can spend 6 months building features nobody asked for.
Then spend 6 days trying to convince someone to actually use it. 😂
I’m currently at $0 MRR and trying to get my first 10 real users.
