Many people would have paid Rs.200- 500 to obtain pan card, majority of those are wrong as their names doesn't match to Aadhar, ration card etc. Linking PAN to PF is a tedious task now as there is always name mismatch. Those earning 5000 to 8000 pm can't pay 1000 penalty.
