Here's my review of Digger:
Listen, I'm not trying to be a contrarian but I think Digger is brilliant. At first, something's don't sit well and then the film agrees with you on that. From then on, you get how to read the film. Digger is bold and complex

I don’t wanna get into stupid fan fights but Naruto helped me at a crucial point in my life and strengthened my belief on the transformational power of art and just the power of self. Maybe it’s not cool to like Naruto anymore but I’d never forget what he means to me.
Here’s my review of #TheSocialReckoning
Mixed feelings… could have been great and it was entertaining but it was too pre-occupied with being a “movie” …if that makes sense

"If not for the narrow field of vision on its core themes, #TheSocialReckoning works as an old-school investigative drama, with a lot of the tried-and-tested tropes intact," writes @Prashanthverse in his review of the film

Don’t understand this surprise :(
A struggling actor without family backing and living in madras only to achieve his kollywood dreams isn’t going to turn down a Shankar film.
He has mentioned in interviews he knows how to survive the industry. This is what he means.
lol it is casteism. Yall casteist freaks say you don’t eat non veg because you love animals but how is not eating in a washed plate saving animals. It’s purity culture and yeah it is that deep
Lanterns explored interesting themes with John Stewart’s childhood, the contrast in personality between Hal and his Hal-ogram, his relationship with fear, the psychological complexity of being a manhunter, and then threw it all away in the finale.
Having mixed feelings about the Lanterns finale doesn’t automatically mean that you’re a simpleton comic book fan looking for big action ending. It’s just disappointing to see a well written show suddenly go off the rails and rush to a bland ending.
@hoseja It’s not about how easy it is to track someone by phone. My point is that the film didn’t go out of its way to establish he’s rich, powerful, and runs a surveillance company in a dystopian world for nothing.
Digger Spoilers:
I loved Jesse Plemmons character. It’s an amazing take on how the elites destroy the world, exploit its resources, and still retain their place at the top by manipulating the people. Notice how he friends Curtis the actor. The film is also a satire on cinema…
@Strange_Veins And by allowing the audience to feel the catharsis of booing at his family, he comes out as the bigger man and the collective rage of the people has been kept in check. He is a powerful man in a dystopian world, that’s major red flag.
