It's been 58+ days issue raised and still no solution.

This is to bring to your notice @XiaomiIndia that your service is really bad. There is no communication at all from the service team. Raised grievance where you are proud to solve the issue within 3 days, 20 days has passed and there is no resolution. Poor after sales service

It is important that you see the ground reality of your services and not just the KPIs that your team presents.

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport This is some dirty trick to give customer a card which has more annual fees than the card which i actually applied for. please look into this and clarify 1) why was the privilege card got declined 2) how to close Miles and more Card.

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport I applied for Privilege world credit card and i was given Miles and more as add on card for free. Guess what i have already received this so called "Free card" and declined for what i actually required. Pathetic Service. !!!

order number 4113221272, ordered a prepaid mobile recharge on 10th nov 20:17, it is still showing processing. When called on your 01203888388 number they asked me to call 01133776677. on this number got no response. Bullshit service !
