SCI had accepted that Evm is temperable. Hence introduced VVPAT. however ECI still claimed that EVM is stand alone device and couldn't hacked. Then how come the names of candidates and their symbol appeared in the EVM itself.
This provision of VVPAT made EVM more vulnerable.
