@serish @atomberg_tech Infact on the contrary @atomberg_tech it’s one of the best service I’ve seen from a mass market brand recently. They call you/schedule appointment same day, don’t unnecessarily charge random money in name of service fee etc.

Hi @ashishlath the pro plan needs better response times or atleast a WhatsApp support. By the time your team replies I’m well past the query. 48 hours is too long for a paid plan even if it’s the base one.

@tushv24 I’ve has a battery replacement in my 2021 Nexon and it’s quite shady to be honest. No communication, apart from a one liner in the service bill. It needs to be more transparent for sure.
