support team denied to investigate it. But, the service centre team confirmed they received so many complaints like this (Display failure after Firmware update) so why the customer has to pay for your faults?.
@SamsungMobile@SamsungIndia, After FW upgrade my Note9 display stopped working but your service team confirmed this is expected and asked me to change the display by paying 17200 INR to make it work again, this is just 20 months old phone. Is this worth to buy your phones?.

@SamsungIndia So, based on my recent experience I do not recommend the Samsung phone because they are not responsible for after-sales. How an FW upgrade damages the screen of Note9, I really not able to digest the comments received from Samsung customer support.
@SamsungIndia@SamsungIndia@SamsungMobile, I lost trust on Samsung products because my Note9 phone stopped working after upgrading FW, the display stopped responding, even service people inspected and confirmed sometimes FW update causes the display failures but this is product failure.
