Two years since my flight dated 14th&16th May with id:EMT115629775 was cancelled by @GoFirstairways.Their email dated 10th May, the refund of INR 6541/- was processed to the @EaseMyTrip. Despite various requests, no update on the money yet. @Ministry_CA @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia

Lucknow–Pune flight that costs ₹6k in September is ₹13-16k during Diwali week. Families should be able to travel home for festivals without facing such steep hikes. Request @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia @JM_Scindia to kindly look into festive-season fare caps. 🙏

@EaseMyTrip repeated requests have been made through emails #EMT_1952023051114143518 and customer support contact numbers, yet I am unable to get my refund even after 6 months! Kindly look into the matter.
