Anyone who says New Year resolutions are cringe/pointless/millennial/superficial etc. probably has never had the will power to actually achieve one.

Here are my 6 for 2023 :

1. Read minimum 20 books
2.Achieve B1 German proficiency

This is tragic ! Yes,it’s the fault of a toxic work culture but there is so much more to it ! Stop glorifying academics,board results,competitive exams, MBA, MnCs,9 to 9,early promotions,car at 22,house at 26 etc.Go beyond tangibles! Glorify kindness, compassion & a peace of mind
